Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Virtual Currency for GTA V

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions By purchasing virtual currency ("Virtual Currency") from PURE-FIVEPD ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Virtual Currency Purchase 2.1. Virtual Currency refers to digital tokens or credits that can be used exclusively within Grand Theft Auto V ("GTA V") as provided by Rockstar Games and is not a form of currency or legal tender.

2.2. You may purchase Virtual Currency through the payment methods provided on the PURE-FIVEPD platform, subject to any applicable fees, taxes, or charges.

3. Ownership 3.1. You acknowledge that Virtual Currency has no tangible value outside of GTA V and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

3.2. You have no ownership rights to Virtual Currency, and it is provided to you solely for the purpose of enhancing your experience within GTA V.

4. Usage Restrictions 4.1. You may only use Virtual Currency within GTA V for its intended purposes.

4.2. You may not transfer, sell, trade, exchange, or otherwise convey Virtual Currency to any third party outside of GTA V.

5. Age Restrictions 5.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase Virtual Currency and use the PURE-FIVEPD platform. By using the platform and purchasing Virtual Currency, you affirm that you are of legal age.

6. Gambling Laws and In-Game Activities 6.1. GTA V may include in-game activities that simulate gambling, such as virtual casinos, betting, or lottery systems. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with all applicable gambling laws in your jurisdiction.

6.2. PURE-FIVEPD does not endorse or facilitate real-money gambling within GTA V or on its platform. Any in-game gambling activities are for entertainment purposes only.

6.3. You are solely responsible for understanding and adhering to the legal requirements related to in-game gambling within GTA V in your jurisdiction.

7. Refunds and Returns 7.1. All Virtual Currency purchases are final, and We do not offer refunds or returns unless required by applicable laws.

8. Account Security 8.1. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials on the PURE-FIVEPD platform.

8.2. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized transactions or activities on your account.

9. Changes and Modifications 9.1. We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue Virtual Currency, including its availability, pricing, and features, at any time without prior notice.

10. Privacy 10.1. Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can review on the PURE-FIVEPD platform.

11. Termination 11.1. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to Virtual Currency and PURE-FIVEPD's platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability 12.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We disclaim all warranties and liabilities related to Virtual Currency, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12.2. In no event shall We be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to Virtual Currency purchases.

13. Governing Law 13.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

14. Purchases from us are payments for licenses to use the digital virtual items contained in the purchase. This transaction is final and there are no refunds. If you are banned for breaking the rules of the Platform, you will not be refunded this money. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the Platform, and their rules can be changed at any time. There is no guarantee on being able to access the Platform, and if the server is no longer operated the virtual items are forfeit. All items are virtual and have no value, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency of any kind.

 

Some purchases may include the issue of in-game tokens, credits or similar mechanisms of simulated value - "Virtual Currency". Any Virtual Currency awarded has no physical value, can only be redeemed on the Platform such Virtual Currency was awarded for, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency of any kind. We may monitor all purchases, including but not limited to purchases that award Virtual Currency. Any unusual patterns of Virtual Currency use reported to or identified by us will be investigated, and such Virtual Currency may be forfeit at our discretion.
